1 bag or 16oz. (1pound) frozen or fresh edammame - (soybeans in the shell)
1 t. sea salt
1 t. chili flake - (optional)
1 T. rice wine vinegar
Steam the edamame for 8 minutes until a bright green.
Drain in a colander and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking.
Toss with the next 3 ingredients
Eat the edamame by putting pod between your teeth and pulling out the beans!
Enjoy.
