3 large sweet potaotes - washed, peeled and diced into medium cubes.
1 T. honey
2 t. cinnamon
Putting it together:
Salt to taste.
Toss your cubed sweet potaoteos with the honey and the cinnamon in a bowl-coat all-over.
Bake @ 400 degrees until for tender and browned.
