Category: Gigi is cooking
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Source: Gigi is Cooking

First Way:
Large pot
# Corn for as many people eating
Butter, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste

*Fill the pot 3/4 of the way full; turn heat onto high and cover. Water should come to a rolling boil within 5-10 minutes.
* Shuck-which means peel of the husk and silk on the inside of the corn, while you are waiting for the pot to boil.
* When the pot comes to rolling bubble-big hot bubbles, carefully slip the ears into the water and cook for 6 minutes (aver.) This depends on the size of corn, a little less if smaller, a little more if bigger.
* Using tongs, remove the ears of corn one by one.
Butter - salt and pepper and enjoy!

Second Way:

Above ingredients the same, except remove the large pot and tear individual pieces of foil for each ear of corn-big enough so that you can roll the corn once.

*Place your corn on the corner of the foil, butter (either melted or softened) and salt and pepper your corn all over.
*Roll the corn from corner to corner and tuck in the ends in the middle of the roll.
*Place on the grill medium heat (or whatever temperature the grill is @ depending on what is already on it.)
* Grill on each side about 6 minutes. Grill a little longer if the grill is lower than medium heat. You are going to have to roll the corn around a couple of times to cook it its whole surface.
* Unwrap, cool abit and eat!!!

Better have lots of napkins for this!
